Modify embedding visualiser to display embeddings of genomic data

Original repository https://github.com/harveyslash/TSNE-Embedding-Visualisation is a fork of a Tensoflow tool. It is built to show images as elements of the embedding. For genomic data, it is not meaningful. It would be great if the modified version could show labels associated with embedding vectors.
