Clarity in README regarding firmware updates

I would like clarity in the README on when can I just upload a new firmware using the scale's web interface vs. doing a full Adafruit WebSerial ESPTool update (requiring reprogramming and calibration).

In the meantime - we are in the process of announcing a new updater tool:

it should also be linked under your scale page on decentespresso.com.
With it you should be worry-free in regards to which approach to take when updating.
