Feature request: Providing paths to binaries other then $PATH

Hi,
it would be very useful is the user could specify at run time (e.g. through environment variables) the path to the binaries used by the pipeline, such as R, samtools, bowtie, etc...
This would allow to run seqimp using a specific version of each dependency.
