i'm a bit confused by the categorical - read, 100% - recommendation for pour-over (see http://dave.coffee/2012/12/25/coffee-setups-for-the-persnikkity.html).  Please explain how tanzanian peaberry fresh coarse grind in a bodum doesn't float your boat.
