⚙️ `.ipynb` and `.dlex` files are not automatically added to Copilot context

Unlike other file formats, .ipynb and .lexical documents must be manually added to the Copilot context before receiving relevant suggestions.

I had discussions about that with @goanpeca - not sure if there was a solution or workaround? if we don't find a nice solution, we should engage with https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-copilot-chat and see what they say, and open a PR there if really needed.

Will open an issue to keep track of the discussions. We have some options in the meantime.
