📄 Copilot on `.ipynb` files shows changes in the default Jupyter Editor instead of the Datalayer Editor

When editing .ipynb files in the Datalayer Editor, Copilot suggestions appear in the underlying Jupyter Editor UI, suggesting a mismatch between Datalayer notebook tools and standard Jupyter tools + no temporary changes UI for Datalayer Editor. See GIF for details.

@eleonorecharles yes this is a limitation of the current architecture because our editors are invisible to vscode.

By default the context of current editors is given but our custom wbview editors are not inlcuded.

Opened an issue on VSCode to track this.

There are two workaround.

Include the phrase "active document" in the query. O use a custom agent (@datalayer) to ensure things work appropriately.

I guess the limitations and tradeoffs are the ones that also applies to #154 (Is the opened issue for vscode the same?)
