Ensure destroy removes Casper's Initializer

This currently does not happen because the catalog does not exist yet, so the initializer job is not added to the state tracker.

Possible approaches to fix this include:

• creating the catalog during initialization
• adding the initializer to the state immediately after catalog creation

It's kind of a wart that turned out to be very useful... it's convenient when working on a demo to destroy & rerun tasks and not lose main job.

I'm not married to it...
