Imaging studies with null StudyInstanceUID will cause OHIF viewer problems in displaying list

In testing today, we found that an object_catalog contained 111 records having null StudyInstanceUID values (and other null data). The OHIF viewer would not display any studies to pick from and would issue "notfound" type error message.

Deleting records with null StudyInstanceUID values from object_catalog resulted in a listing of medical imaging studies and normal operation.

It appears that bad image data can impact good image metadata when it comes to the ohif viewer.

Following query was used to identify records without a studyid uid:
