Hi there, I want to collaborate with the wiki, but it is locked. Could you add me as an editor?
I started a detailed wiki here:

Thanks for writing those up!

I would add you, but seems Github permissions are not very granular on user repos and thus can only grant full access to the repo. At-least not until I move this repo off to an organisation page.

Github doesnt allow pull requests for wiki pages either, however I think if you are able to create a pull request with raw markdown files for each page and the images, I can manually merge the pages into the Wiki (rather than merge into repo!.)

Where should I create the wiki pages? can I simply create a wiki folder and put there? I don't know the oficial usual protocol for wiki files of repositories.

Github doesnt provide an offical way to create pull requests for the wiki.
Sp, yes create a wiki folder, put the files in there (as raw page.md and images) and then open a pull request against this repo.

btw Custom integration will be ready later today, so probably no need to publish your workaround. But if you can document installing the integration that would be cool.

Here is snapshot of currently. I will upload to github after fixing a few more things

Need to install the files there into (keeping the folder sonoff_ihost):
~/config/custom_components

After restart just "add integration" and find ihost indicator

(the config setting selects pairing mode for the pairing button, with "user" just treating it as a normal button. I dont know why my descriptions are not shown on this dialog yet!)
