Weekly Review Slash Command

Interactive CC slash command which helps the user conducts a weekly review and intelligently surfaces the correct information as part of this. Will need some experimentation to work out how best to do this. but should probably loosley follow the GTD weekly review process.

I suspect the best way to do this would be to:

1. Create a new task doc in in-progress scheduled for today, pre-populated with a "brain dump" template based on the GTD thing and the current projects & areas as headings/reminders etc.
2. Have CC work through a defined process with the user and add notes to the task doc periodically - this is the "brain dump".
3. Work through the inbox as needed.
   4.Use the doc and context to chat over things with the user.
4. Make a plan to update any projects/tasks as needed, and create any new tasks.
5. Confirm with the user and do it.
6. Wrap up and complete the "Weekly Review" task.
