Share same scrapbook to multiple users

What financial contribution do you need for a scrapbook to be able to store pages in the same repository for multiple users and can only be removed by the owner and administrators?

This is not possible using the current data scheme. Being able to save new items implies being able to write to tree files, which implies being able to edit or delete items. Changing this requires making ScrapBook backend a fully DBMS-based system instead of a file-based system, which may be undesired by many users and we have no plan to do that currently.
