Empty answer if Streaming is off (OpenAI)

What happened?

When I disable streaming in OpenAI, I get an empty response, regardless of whether it's Modelspec, Agent, or normal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable Streaming on a OpenAI Endpoint
2. Send a Message

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
