This issue can't be reproduced. Are you using any roles beyond "USER" or "ADMIN"? There was a fix for this in the past (report was for agents, but fix applied to all permissions): |

What happened?
Description
The prompt sharing toggle in the admin panel automatically switches from enabled (ON) to disabled (OFF) after approximately 1-2 days without any manual intervention. This requires administrators to manually re-enable the feature in the Prompt Library admin modal.
Environment
LibreChat version: v0.8.0
Authentication: Azure Entra ID integration
Database: MongoDB
Admin accounts: 2 (no other users have admin privileges)
Expected Behavior
The prompt sharing toggle should remain enabled (ON) until manually changed by an administrator.
Actual Behavior
The toggle automatically switches to disabled (OFF) after 1-2 days, preventing users from sharing prompts until an admin manually re-enables it.
Impact
This is a critical issue for our enterprise deployment where prompt sharing is heavily used by our team. Users cannot share prompts when this occurs, requiring frequent administrative intervention.
