Memory issue in azure container apps

We are getting memory issue when we deploy librechat in azure container apps.
Replica count is reaching to maximum limit after few hours.
Our use case is simple. Just using one mcp server in librechat.
Need help in answering below questions

1. How to disable caching ?
2. How to initialise mcp server only once for one replica, how to cache the mcp server(mcp-atlassian) uvx package download?
3. How to disable terminal logs?
4. We don't want to use redis for this for simple use case
5. How to disable user sessions?

How many users? Redis is necessary in production

@danny-avila just 4 users. Always it is reaching maximum replica count and reaching maximum memory and restarting replicas. We just need mcp server capabilities. Don't need all caching capabilities except the mcp tools caching. Please suggest.
