Upload file UI too complex ?

My company users of Librechat struggle with the upload options for files. I feel like users don't understand what each option means.

Wouldn't it make sense to manage options automatically in the background or least allow for a simpler UI for file upload if need be?

We could typically allow the user to upload a file, check if it needs OCR (rerun of OCR manually could be an available option) and if not allow the users to chat with the content once indexed. If it does, run the OCR pipeline beforehand, indicating progress or OCR availability on files.

These are of course just suggestions.
