TODO: allow the operator to work directly on deployed secrets #29

At present, the operator only works at the deployment level, which works great for simpler setups. However, there are times when we dont have access to a deployment and still want to be able to push an individual secret into vault.

Allow the operator to track Secret resources drirectly...
