[BUG] One-way when Transnexus Module is enabled

Describe the bug
When the Transnexus Module is enabled the RTPEngine is not triggered when they call is answered on the far-end, which causes one-way audio.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to dSIPRouter
2. Setup a carrier
3. Enable the Transnexus Module
4. Place a call

Expected behavior
I expected to have 2-way audio
