ApplicationSettings and BrowserSettings as classes

Definine these settings as classes will provide code completion in IDE. Support passing both new classes and old style dictionaries to Initialize() and CreateBrowserSync().

Maybe this can be auto-generated using translator.py tool - see Issue #214.
