Auto-generate Authorization Table #321
Description
In src/user-guide/sharing-access-to-workflows.rst, there is a table that displays cylc mutations mapped to their access groups (ALL, CONTROL, READ). It would be nice for this to be auto generated based on the settings which are set in cylc.uiserver.authorise. This way we have a single source of truth for these mappings.
