Replace "namespace" with "name"?

We can stick with namespace for now, but perhaps change it for rc1. It's not exactly necessary but I don't think it's a helpful term for users, most of whom won't know what a "namespace" is even if it is (rather vaguely) techically justified in this context. Just [runtime][NAME] documented as NAME is a task or family name would be sensible and easy to understand.

Happy to change although I don't think it matters much.

Note that "namespaces" is used outside of the docs e.g. cylc graph --namespaces, make sure to update these too if changing.

Namespace is also used extensively in the CLI and GraphQL schema (as well as the UI via introspection from the schema) so this may involve some heavy lifting.
