Export form should remember corresponding author and other settings if set once

Currently if you close the dialog before exporting something - which is common if yo need to add tagged blocks of keywords - the form contents are not remembered

This has been partially addressed in that pressing next on the export form will cause the form data entered to be saved. That change will go out in the next deploy.

There are some other cases still to be covered though, i.e.

• preserve data when closing the dialog before pressing next
• preserving corresponding authors info across different templates, or at least defaulting to the last entered
