include hot-reload CLAP plugin in repository

• simple-faust.cpp
• interpreter-clap.h
• clap-mapui.h
• faust-hot-reload.py

adapt for flamo-rt:

• update paths and naming
• add build instructions
• document integration with flamo_to_faust() workflow

future: extend GUI to accept JSON configs directly.
