New project without MD document may loose component definition

1. Create New Project
2. upload -> zip with compiled FMU.js
3. create bdl-fmi component
4. submit

This will submit to no MD document. After reload - no document saved - work lost.

Recommended fix:

• after creation - new index.md file is compulsory created
• do not allow to delete last MD file, or after last deletion of MD - index.md is created
• index.md - choose from multiple templates (1. current md template, 2. empty md with division to 1/2 and 1/2)
