Enable different paths for invalid password reset token and invalid account activation token

Currently invalidUserTokenPath is used for both flows, so it's not possible to direct users to the relevant location to request a new link. Related to this, there is support to request password reset again but no support to resend an activation email, which is something we are having to do in a custom module.
