Update docs to show that Github PATs now support find-grained access #94

Description

@agonzalez-plume

Docs posted here: https://cpina.github.io/push-to-another-repository-docs/setup.html contain info that is now not entirely accurate.

on 10/18, Github launched a new feature for PATs allowing them to be restricted in new ways and now don't have the downside of applying to all repositories. The original PAT structure is called 'classic' and it looks like Github will be quickly moving everyone to the new method.

Because of this PATs will have similar or better controls than SSH deploy keys. I haven't done the analysis to see where the differences lie, but your documentation could use an update to reflect the change.

Thanks
