Composite version branch for Windows, Mac and hosted runners without containers

A version of the action running without Docker (so, as composite as seen in the branch "debug-78" and https://github.com/cpina/github-action-push-to-another-repository/blob/debug-78/action.yml#L53) could be released:

- Needs documenting: how to use it and that supports Windows and Mac
- Supports hosted GitHub action runners without containers (if sh, openssh-client and git are available)
