[Question] 执行sql不生效

描述问题
提交的工单在执行后不生效，juno有报错日志。

复现
重现该行为的步骤:

1. mysql8.0
2. 提交insert工单
3. 执行
4. 使用select查看数据发现未生效

期望的结果
希望看到在Juno中执行不生效的具体原因，谢谢。
