Support seismograph-style endless images #25

In response to jerch/xterm-addon-image#37 (comment) I think it actually does make sense to support images that have no fixed height but can be incrementally adding more image data to the bottom as they are being generated.
This is not really a feature I think which should be a MUST, but sounds like there could be obviously some good use-cases.
