Proposal: OSCAL status to CAC status mapping

According to CaC status to OSCAL status mapping, OSCAL status to CAC status mapping should be

    STATUS_IMPLEMENTED: [
        Status.INHERENTLY_MET,
        Status.DOCUMENTATION,
        Status.AUTOMATED,
        Status.SUPPORTED,
    ],

    STATUS_PARTIAL: [Status.PARTIAL],
    STATUS_NOT_APPLICABLE: [Status.NOT_APPLICABLE],

Since one OSCAL status mapping to multiple CAC status. How about adding a comment to the CAC side(example): if the OSCAL status changes from PARTIAL to IMPLEMENTED, add a comment to CAC: The status should be updated to one of the statuses from the list [INHERENTLY_MET, DOCUMENTATION, AUTOMATED, SUPPORTED]
