Generate and link to main branch APK (after each merge to the main branch)

We often tell users that the issue they are reporting has been fixed in the main branch, but most often they do not have the time/willingness to build from source code.

If we had an always-valid link to the latest main branch's prodDebug APK, it would be super useful.

Not sure what is the most convenient way to do this, ideas very welcome.

@nicolas-raoul We could use a GitHub Actions workflow to automate building and uploading the prodDebug APK. On every push to the main branch, the APK would be built and made available in the "Actions" tab for download.
