How to have each client connect to a different resolver

If I understand correctly each instance can on have one provider ( public.key and secret.key )

Is there a way to have each client / user have a different resolver?

Use different IPs and ports.

dnscrypt-wrapper lets you choose what IP and ports you want to listen to.
