Jasmine tests failing/Warp Drive synchronization

The tests (npm test) seem to be failing on the WarpDriveSpec with no detailed error message, most likely due to timing issues with reading/writing/modifying the filesystem upon testing.

In addition, sometimes the WarpDrive will not work properly, especially just after the temporary folder is prepared, probably due to a bug in synchronization.
