"Unauthorized: comment cannot be resolved" error message inappropriately used when trying to resolve an already resolved comment

Trying to resolve a comment that has already been resolved results in an "Unauthorized: comment cannot be resolved" error message. This is obviously a wrong behavior, and it should be changed for the error message to tell the real reason why the operation has failed.
