Verify button

I just noticed a new "verify" button on the solutions page, under each solution. First of all, the tooltip says "moderator feature", and I'm not aware of being a moderator. Then, when I press it I get an error:

Well, those buttons shouldn't even show for you, so it makes sense that it doesn't work. Not sure why it shows up though.

There used to be an issue that unauthorized users were able to see actions which should be available only to moderators, I will try to find it and reopen it.
