Commenting on a translation and clicking preview or post jumps to top of page

Describe the bug

When I comment on a translation and click 'post' or Preview, it jumps to the top of the page.
I can reproduce this without any extensions running too.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a translation
2. Start commenting on it
3. Preview or post it
4. Watch page jump to the top

Expected Behavior

The page should stay in the same place.

Similar thing happens when you are authoring a translation, the left panel (description, solutions in other languages) gets scrolled to top on every key press in the editor. It's difficult to use it as a reference.
