Comment notifications are not working

I apparently broke this when updating. It took me a while to realize because it's been failing silently and I don't see any error reported.

Describe the bug

Posting a comment doesn't trigger notification. Also, /users/:username/comments are not updated (it's somewhat related).

This started after the recent major update.

Expected Behavior

Codewars should notify users when someone comments on something they're involved with.

Seems to be working again (but is it in "better shape" than before? x) -> it seems you did some updates there too: I just received notifications on just posted comments. What a pleasure to see it working again. :) )

yes, no, I got notification from answers to one comment I did on a translation kumite.

Yeah, the notification should be sent quicker than before.
It used to wait a little for unknown reason and that stopped working for unknown reason after the update. I didn't expect changing that would fix it, but I was desperate.

Keeping this open for now because I still need to look into filling the data used by /users/:username/comments for the comments from the past week.
I'll do that tomorrow. I need to get some sleep.

Notifications also started disappearing right after you check them, instead of hanging for hours.
