[BUG] Ctrl+enter does not produce new line like in `claude` directly on the command line

Bug Description

In claude in the terminal outside of neovim, it's possible to add a new line by hitting ctrl+enter, however this doesn't do anything when running claudecode.nvim.

I don't see ctrl+enter being mentioned anywhere in the docs of Claude Code: https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/claude-code/cli-usage#line-breaks-in-terminal

Do you mean option+enter or shift+enter?
