Python size is too big

after some optimizations we have libpython3.12.so with ~24mb unstriped and ~6mb with striped symbols, that still too big for a lib in my opinion, we should find some way to reduce it's size without performance tradeoffs, ideas are welcome :)

Android automatically strips symbols so you don't have to do that in the conda package.

To reduce the size it can be compiled with -Os but that also has a performance tradeoff.

A lot of python's c modules are statically compiled into libpython, you can split some of those out into shared modules (see https://github.com/python/cpython/blob/main/Modules/Setup#L56).

I played around with splitting the shared modules out a while ago and found it was mainly pointless because some library/package always ends up needing them so almost all of them have to included in the apk anyways.
