Unable to start Debug Service Job for v3 from iNav

I followed instructions in https://codefori.github.io/docs/developing/debug/#required-ptfs
At the point where I'm trying to start the Debug Service job, it fails with
Error: NAV_306116: Failed to start the Debug Service Details:Reading Debug Service logger for starting timed out

I have tried this on 3 different partitions: 2 on V7R4 and 1 on V7R5 - same result on all.

Additional info: starting the Debug Service job from within VS Code seems to work.

Update - this seems to have been caused by existing startDebugService_workspace and stopDebugService_workspace directories in /QIBM/UserData/IBMIDEBUGSERVICE, that were not owned by QDBGSRV and did not have public write authority.
I deleted both directories, which allowed the Debug Service job to be started and stopped from iNav.
Both directories now show as owned by QDBGSRV with drwxr-s--- authority.

@heymchri thank you for sharing this. I ran into the same message and the missing ownership on those two folders. Deleting them allowed me to get the debug service started from inav.
