Can't show or copy variables longer that 2048 bytes

During debug, variables longer than 2048 char can't be shown and their full value can't be copied by right click -> copy value

I suspect that this is a vscode limitation. The vscode IBM i debugger does not control the UI display. It only passes debug information to the client using json messages. I will verify whether the json message contains the full length of the string. If the json message contains the full length value, but the vscode UI only displays a partial value, then it is a vscode limitation.

The 2048 length limitation is in the base debug service component that we depend on, which is owned by a different team. I will communicate with the developer for this component to see if they can accept an enhancement to accommodate bigger string sizes.
