Model Fallback

writing a provider, that wraps existing provider/model to fallback, when one has failed- such as rate limit or whatever.

if plugin can access to existing providers / models available on the system, i think we can wrap them too.

and `opencode auth login` supports to get various inputs, so it could be settable from there, or maybe configurable through oh-my-opencode.json could be an answer
