In Delphi 13 highlighting bug

In Delphi 13, when hiding the code of an internal function, the text highlighting is bugged.

The problems comes from Delphi 13's Bugs, but we seems found workaround to avoid them...

Source Highlight is a very complex painter, we change its internal process to new API from Delphi 13, so there comes some new bugs.
