[Feature] add a batchsize parameter into cnosdbwriter

The 4kb size is too small, which can't support much data ingestion into cnosdb. A large number of users will use this feature to import offline data into cnosdb ，and offline data is often very large, even to the terabyte level. So I really hope that you can implement this.
