Description of the bug

When using mhelp any Apostrophes used don't work. they show up as jumbled symbols for an error before continuing the rest of the sentence and or phrase.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Sentences or phrases should go uninterrupted as typed by the user.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Open mhelp
2. write a word with an apostrophe
3. submit.

Very much a known issue. Thanks to TGUI html encoding

Not exclusive to mhelps as ahelps can do it too, if you don't use the legacy options.
