use file.path instead of paste for wd

When users enter sub-directories separated using "\" instead of "/" PlotASAP does not always work. Using file.path would allow either approach to be used.

you can also use: library(here) or: library(rstudioapi) and then to set the path to the source file location path <- rstudioapi::getActiveDocumentContext()$path Encoding(path) <- "UTF-8" setwd(dirname(path))
