Some missing variables in 2017 ntuples

In order to perform b-jet energy regression with these ntuples we need some variables added:
jetVtxPt, jetVtxMass, jetVtx3dL, jetVtxNtrk, jetVtx3deL
Those were present in 2016, but according to @doanhien the code crashes when trying to add them now.
