ability to re-set concurrency value after constructed

I am planing to adjust the concurrency depending on external factors, at runtime, after constructed. It would be nice doing it with setConcurrency public function.

There are currently no immediate plans to build this from my end (no demand at the moment and more important outstanding issues currently), but I would be really happy to accept PRs 👍
