Is v2 already available? #61

Describe the Bug
This README.md mentions a v2 version which drops the component-path parameter and uses the atmos-gitops-config-path. However, it looks like cloudposse/github-action-atmos-terraform-plan@v2 is not a valid action? And I also don't see a v2 within the tags on the Github repo.
Could it be this v2 version still needs to be published?
VSCode produces this warning:
Unable to resolve action `cloudposse/github-action-atmos-terraform-plan@v2`, repository or version not found
Expected Behavior
Using cloudposse/github-action-atmos-terraform-plan@v2 should work as expected.
Steps to Reproduce
Use the cloudposse/github-action-atmos-terraform-plan@v2 github action in a workflow file.
