Migrate to libbuildpack-dynatrace #1205
Description
The latest rewrite from python to go completely changed the Dynatrace integration and therefore the agent download and configuration is currently unsupported from Dynatraces side.
I would ask you to switch to the proper Dynatrace implementation via https://github.com/Dynatrace/libbuildpack-dynatrace before the first release after the rewrite, otherwise customers might have issues with software support.
Its fairly simple, we have a reference implementation here: https://github.com/cloudfoundry/go-buildpack/blob/master/src/go/hooks/dynatrace.go
