new docker image can not change the configuration file

hi all
I have an issue with config the hue.ini file inside the docker container.
when I try to edit the file I can't because there is no VIM app or nano app installed
when I try to install I can't because I'm not a root user (sudo ask for a password and I didn't find the password anywhere )
Is there any procedure for editing the hue.ini file inside the docker?
